Tuberculosis is Bad!
Tuberculosis is a very contagious disease that can be spread via Airborne Pathogen, or from particles in the air that are released when a tb victim coughs and the particles are breathed in. This makes TB a high risk for a pandemic in countries that do not have access to the proper medications. Normal TB is not usually a problem for people in the U.S., but if too weak of medicine is used, or if people don't finish the prescription, the bacteria can become resistant to the drugs, which can make the bacteria immune to the commonly used medicines. To prevent this immunity they use multiple drugs to ensure that the bacteria cannot develop an immunity, because resistant TB spreads the very same way as regular TB, making it a very possible threat even in the United States.
